Amy is the mother of 2 young children and decided to take control of her health. Soon after the birth of her son, she completed Piyo and lost 9 pounds and 8 inches! After the completion of Piyo she did 21 Day Fix and lost another 6.5 pounds and 3.5 inches!

"I delivered my baby in October 2014 via csection. After my 6 weeks recovery I jumped back into working out but the weight was coming off really slow!! As of July I weighed 122 and 33 inches. "I started my weight loss journey on July 26th. I had about 10lbs of baby weight to lose and I was ready to get back into shape. I joined Brittany's BB accountably group and also joined a weight loss challenge within my department at work (highest percent of weight lost to win $100). 

I started out by eating MUCH healthier. Eliminated almost all processed food and most carbs. I started eating a ton more fruits and veggies, and really watched my portions. I had a chocolate shakeology every morning for breakfast (which totally helped curb my sweet tooth). I started working out. Sometimes doing PiYo and sometimes going to the gym and doing cardio and some light weights. I was working out about 4-5 times a week. At the end of my BB accountability group (4 weeks later), I was down 6.8 lbs. I also won my work weight loss challenge! What an accomplishment!

Since the challenge, I am still making healthy diet choices (just not as strict) and working out about 3 days a week. I am down 14 pounds total, which is 4 pounds UNDER my pre-baby weight! This has been a lifestyle change for me and it feels great!"

Brandy lost a total of 50 POUNDS by doing a combination of Chalene Extreme, running, healthy eating and a total body cardio kickboxing class. Additionally, she started drinking Shakeology in May 2015. Way to go, Brandy!
